Hello? Bueller? It’s called “James Beard’s Best of the Best” for a reason. On the James Beard Foundation’s 25th anniversary, this book was born. It puts together the recipients of the prestigious Outstanding Chef Award, and features a profile of each winner by Kit Wohl. What else? How about some kick ass recipes, pics by none other than the marvelous Martha Stewart (I mean she’s 71 and smoking hot), and tons of stuff to learn from greats such as Wolfgang Puck AND Tom Colicchio. To paraphrase Clay Davis….”sheeeeee-it”, you need this book.
