Add more flavor and adventure to your regular chicken wings by introducing an exotic twist. These chicken wings coated with the flavors of coconut and curry will take you to a spicy oriental atmosphere. Great for snacking and a great appetizer for an inspired meal.
2 pounds of chicken wings, tips cut
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp yellow curry paste
2 tbsp almond oil
red pepper flakes to taste
Mix the milk, cilantro, curry paste, almond oil, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Toss the wings in and marinade in the fridge for at least an hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and then spray the surface with a non-stick cooking spray. Line the wings on the sheet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
