Yogurt Can Help Guard Against Swine Flu

Don't like the look of a face mask, eat some yogurt
Since studies have shown that those with higher vitamin D blood levels are less likely to contract avian influenza, higher concentrations of vitamin D in the blood may also help to guard against swine flu.
Even though milk is fortified with vitamin D, dairy products made from milk such as cheese, yogurt, and ice cream are usually not fortified with vitamin D.
