When most of us think of culinary art, or haute cuisine, we think of France, Britain, or Spain. But Asia serves up some of the finest cuisine in the world. Asian cuisine styles are generally divided into regions that have roots in the various cultures. The major regions are East Asia with its ancestries in Imperial China; Southeast Asia including the Khmer Empire, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Viet Nam, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines; South Asian region, including Burma, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan; and Central and Middle Eastern Asia.
Here are ten of some of Asia’s best restaurants.

It has often found a place amongst the magazine’s top 50 ratings since 2002 and is considered to be one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants in the world.
