The Park at the DomainĀ is a sports-focused American food spot on the ground level of the Aloft hotel with lots of TVs (over 40!) and a busy bar. We had a chance to talk to their general manager, Luis Botello, who shared with us a few tidbits about the restaurant, their food, concept, and business philosophy. Here’s what we learned:

The Park at the Domain Sports Bar in Austin Texas

FriendsEAT: Tell us a little something about your restaurant.

Luis Botello: Established in 2011, The Park is not your run-of-the-mill sports bar. The Park caters to both sports fans and foodies alike by offering guests a place to watch professional and collegiate sports on high definition screens, while dining on scratch-made provisions, local craft beers and specialty cocktails.
