The Juicing Book Review

There are more nutrients you can get from fresh juices than the processed ones. Most people already know this but many prefer to use canned or processed fruits and veggies for convenience. Stephen Blauer’s book “The Juicing Book” emphasizes the importance and nutritional value of fresh juices. He shares additional up-to-date details on the worth of juices in relation to the body’s needs. I recently purchased a Blendtech and let me tell you, I’ve been putting the book and the blender to great use.

The Juicing Book is a complete guide to the juicing of fruits and vegetables. The book offers additional awareness to readers such as how the commercially grown crops are being compared to the organically grown produce (something that we are very concerned about here at FriendsEAT). Each supplement and nutrient we get from fresh juices is well-explained. Tips and techniques in juicing are also provided. Aside from the detailed nutritional information, The Juicing Book provides fresh juice recipes as well. I have fun reading the book but enjoy adding the juices to my diet. It is an easy way to make sure I get my daily dose of veggies with little effort. I highly recommend this book.
