Since I’m a breakfast lover I can’t take but to like this Infographic we have today. It’s the birth of Breakfast Cereal! The start gives you a nice view of breakfast history – how it changes through time and how cereal became the most popular “wants” during breakfast in North America.

During mid-80’s, breakfast was typically eggs, bacon, toast, biscuits, sausage, butter and jam. Right then some genius being made a vegetarian breakfast out of grain – thus give Jack Kellogg an idea of what made his products popular now. But the highlight of this Infographic is the herculean efforts behind inventing boxed breakfast cereals.
