You must have been in solitary confinement if you’re not familiar with Timothy Ferriss, best selling author of “The 4-Hour Workweek” (it will change your life) and “The 4-Hour Body” (this one not so much…at least not for me).

His latest creation “The 4-Hour Chef, is filled with some killer tips to save you time in the kitchen AND in real life. The book is entertaining, and although at time Ferriss may come off a bit cocky, it’s a great addition to a kitchen.
