Squash is awesome in cooking. It can be used in salads, baked, made into patties, fried, or made & added into soups. You can also save the seeds from the squash for oils and salad toppings. It’s one of the reasons we love Squash recipes.

One of our members Victoria added a recipe for Curried Butternut Squash Soup which is a perfect for Autumn.   Personally I am a big fan of adding some spice to Squash soups, it kind of adds a “zing” between the sweetness and heat.
