2010 Fancy Food Show: Sabatino Tartufi
What a great way for a company to show off their goods. Sabatino North America‘s Truffle honey that left truffles lingering in my palate for minutes. Followed by risotto prepared with black truffle butter.
Yes this was quite a treat (and even better that I had nothing to do with the making of it. My risotto takes over an hour to make.
