Review Klassz Bistro in Budapest, Hungary

1x1.trans Review Klassz Bistro in Budapest, Hungary On our first eating night in Budapest, we were lucky enough to have friends who live here guide us to a wonderful eating establishment; Klassz Bistro. We arrived and were seated in the back which is a wine store within the restaurant. It was a great atmosphere, one drawback was that this was the smoking area. Not a fan…but the food made up for it.

We ordered a bottle of rose for our table of six. It was pretty late, so we skipped appetizers and went straight to our main courses. I won’t go into what everyone ate, but I will tell you everyone left full, happy and sated.

The duck was perfectly cooked. The polenta was sinful yet light and the gizzard ragout was my favorite part of the meal.

Again, a perfectly cooked meat with flavors to compliment it. When he was not looking I was sneaking some of his cream and his potatoes. He paired this with a beef consomme with carrots. It was simple, delicious and comforting; almost bulalo like. It was a pleasant surprise.

Klassz Bistro is located at Andrassy U. 41 in the Pest side of Budapest, Hungary.
