Ca Va Brasserie Restaurants Hosting Thanksgiving in NYC 2012   Part 1Ҫa Va Brasserie: (310 West 44th Street) – Ҫa Va’s Takeaway Turkey Dinners for Thanksgiving will cost you $200, but it feeds 8-10 guests (that’s $20 per person). This is great if you are one of those people who ends up burning soup. The takeaway includes a 12-14 lb heritage breed, free range Turkey AND six side dishes like mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cran-apple stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Ҫa Va will also be hosting a 3-course Thanksgiving prix fixe dinner with dishes such as pumpkin bisque with Maine lobster and cinnamon croutons, roasted leg of lamb with glazed carrots and rosemary bliss potatoes, and cranberry bread pudding with orange brulee and crème fraiche ice cream. La Bottega NYC Restaurants Hosting Thanksgiving in NYC 2012   Part 1La Bottega: (363 West 16th Street) The Maritime Hotel’s restaurant has chef Bart Retolatto slaving away to prepare his special pre-fixe, four-course feast featuring Italian options for $45/person or available a la carte.  Starters include baked cremini mushrooms filled with lump crab meat, and mains including polletto ruspante arrosto. Murals on 54 2 Restaurants Hosting Thanksgiving in NYC 2012   Part 1Murals 54: (Sixth Avenue at 54th Street at the Warwick Hotel) – If you are planning to watch the parade, this may be your spot. The parade will go right past the hotel and Murals on 54′s will be offering a buffet including roasted butternut squash soup and malt beer-brined turkey with mushroom tarragon gravy and mulled wine cranberry sauce; as well as an extravagant dessert display with Thanksgiving favorites such as apple, pumpkin and pecan pies. The buffet is priced at $65 per person and $35 for children ages four to 12, and all children under the age of four are free.
