NYC Bastille Day Celebrations 2012

If you thought it ended at a $18 bucks for a killer French Meal to celebrate Bastille day, you were happily mistaken. Restaurants not participating in French Restaurant Week have pulled out all the stops to show some love for the French.

Barrio 47: (47 8th Avenue) On Saturday July 14, Barrio 47 will be offering $5 glasses of rose from brunch to dinner.

Brasserie Beaumarchais: (409 West 13th Street) Their Bastille Day Brunch is being sponsored by Ricard. French food, Ricard cocktails, and music from DJ Marco Peruzzi. Allons-y!

Jeanne & Gaston: (212 West 14th Street) A killer $40 Prix fixe, a stunning garden to dine in, and live music on Bastille day by the Bordeaux Blues.

NYC Bastille Day Celebrations 2012La Silhouette: (362 West 53rd Street) How does a $29, 3-course meal by Le Bernadin alum Chef Matthew Tropeano sound? What if I told you it lasts the whole month of July? Pas mal, non?

Millesime: (92 Madison Avenue, NYC) Millesime will be running a special Bastille Day menu starting tomorrow, Friday, until Saturday, July 14th. The menu includes these sumptuous dishes: Crab and Onion Gratine with Emethaler Crouton, Crepes with Peaches and Crème Fraiche, and Duck with Cherries.

The Americano: (518 West 27th Street) The Americano will be hosting a $120 “Dine Like The French” dinner especially for Bastille Day. Four courses,  Billecart-Salmon Champagne, and your meal will be prepared by prepared by celebrated French Michelin star Chef Thomas Bouillault, who is traveling all the way from Restaurant L’Arome in Paris.
