Chef Paul Nagan: range offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service amid a modern atmosphere in the historic Colorado National Bank building. Executive Chef Paul Nagan strives to celebrate the cultural heritage and adventurous spirit of the West by offering local, seasonal dishes prepared with sophistication and inspiration.

Chef Paul: Me and my team at range offer unique and fresh cuisine that draws its roots from the concept of New American, but focuses heavily on the ingredients, cultural influences and cooking techniques inherent to the Rocky Mountain West.

FE: What is your most popular dish?

Chef Paul: The Artichoke and Burrata toasts feature marinated tomatoes, black olive vinaigrette and pea shoots, toasted to perfection in our wood-fired oven.

FE: Do you offer any deals such as happy hour specials, brunches, etc?

Chef Paul: Monday through Friday, from 4 – 7 p.m., enjoy local cans, drafts and handcrafted cocktails while you snack on small bites and shareables.
