What's This?

If you feel like celebrating something, but are no fan of tequila; this cocktail may be just the thing. You can head to one of Haru’s participating locations (Gramercy Park, Wall Street, Broadway, and Sake Bar) and pick one up for $12-13. OR….you can hit up the wine shop and take advantage of their generosity (they shared their secret formula with me).

Haru’s Patron Green Tea Margarita

1.5 oz Patron Reposado tequila
0.5 oz Zen Green Tea Liqueur
0.5 oz Sour mix
0.2 oz Triple Sec
0.1 oz Rose’s Lime Juice
Shaken over ice, strain, and serve and served straight up in a Cosmo glass, garnish the rim of the glass with salt.

Haru is a Sushi chain that is mainly located in NYC. You can go to any of their locations to get sushi, sashimi, and specialty cocktails that are Japanese inspired.

All Haru restaurants take reservations, welcome walk-ins, and are great for large groups.

You can make this at home, or go taste it in one of their many locations:
