200 Calories Food

If you have been struggling with weight control, you may want to start counting calories. My experience with staying reasonably thin (I say reasonably because I LOVE food) has led me to infer that counting calories is the most effective way to keep the pounds off. The answer is in math, and tools such as a Fitbit (I love mine because it does most of the work for me) can help you keep thin. For example: If I am at 126 lbs, I can only consume 1,396 calories to get to 120 lbs by June 8.

We’ve put together a nice chart of what 200 calories looks like so you can better judge on calorie intake. And if you want a few tips on how to stay at a healthy weight, without giving up food, check out Blanca’s previous post here.
