Baked Pork Chops with Veggies and Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

6 pork chops

2 potatoes, thinly sliced

1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.  Arrange them on a baking dish, laying them side by side.

3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, beans and onion; season to taste.  Layer them on top of the pork chops.

4. Mix the soup and milk in a bowl, and then pour them over the pork chops and vegetables.  Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

5. Bake for an hour or until the internal temperature of the chops reach 160 degrees F.
