I’ve become a watercress freak over the past couple of years. It’s got great texture, flavor and is incredibly healthy. Besides, it’s peppery flavor is simply delectable.

This is a safe form of zinc for people with kidney stones or bladder stones.
Watercress lowers cholesterol.
Watercress has a bit of a peppery taste, so it is a great add on to salads.

How to Eat It?

In a dip: grab 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt and 1 cup of chopped watercress. Mix all the ingredients together and use as a great veggie dip.

Add to any green salad.
