Recall on BBQ Chicken Pizza

6/25/10 – 61,000 lbs of beef products possibly tainted with Ivermectin.

6/23/10 – 35,000 lbs of beef products possibly tainted with E. Coli

6/22/10 – 3,700 lbs of beef products possibly tainted with E. Coli

6/26/10 – 109,800 lbs of BBQ Chicken pizza products from Great Kitchens Inc that may contain “foreign materials”.

GOOD NEWS: They’re catching this stuff and this one’s health risk is low.

BAD NEWS: 4 recalls in one week. Think I need to find out the most amounts of recalls that there have been in one week. Also, who knows what “foreign materials” are?

In the mean time, check to see if you have any of the following products that are part of the recall:

  • 14-pound, 4-ounce cases of “MARKETSIDE, 16″ BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA, 8-16″ Pizzas,” bearing case codes of “11016611,” “11016621,” “11016711,” or “11016721.”
  • 28.5-ounce “Marketside„¢, 16″ BBQ RECIPE, Thin Crust, CHICKEN PIZZA.”

Each box is marked “P-2539B” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The BBQ chicken pizza products were produced on June 15 and 16, 2010, and were shipped to distribution centers and retail stores nationwide.
