The Gourmet Library, headed up by Justin Novello and Everett Presley, is an online gourmet food store offering a gigantic selection of fine foods from all around the world. They specialize in identifying hand-crafted cheeses, charcuterie, and hard-to-find ingredients. They’ve created hundreds of videos that provide detailed information on their gourmet items.

Foods are divided into categories such as Salts and Spices, Butter and Dairy, Coffee, Cheese, Cakes, Teas, Pastas, Grain, Chocolate and Sauces. Then each category has a sub-category. For instance, under “Sauces, Spreads, and Preserves”, the sub-categories are Salsas, Jams and Jellies, Peanut Butter, Sauces, Confitures, Spreads, Honey, Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauces, Mustard, Ketchup, and other delicious condiments, Dips and Relish.
