Murphy-Goode Winery in Sonoma County is searching for a “Wine Country correspondent”. Former Deadhead and Murphy-Goode winemaker, Dave Ready Jr., knows his limitations. What he knows is planting, picking, bottling, and fermenting. What he doesn’t know is how to use Twitter, and he needs your help.

“I’m busy trying to turn grapes into wine,” says Ready, “so what I don’t know, really, is Web 2.0. We’re looking for a communicator to promote wine, promote what we do and promote Sonoma County.”

“We at the Murphy-Goode Winery,” their website reads, “got to thinking about the new age of communications and we figured it was a pretty good thing. So to get going, we’re looking for someone (maybe you) who really knows how to use Web 2.0 and Facebook and blogs and social media and YouTube and all sorts of good stuff like that — to tell the world about our wines and the place where we live: the Sonoma County Wine Country.

“In exchange, we’re offering you a “Really Goode Job” — a six-month job paying $10,000 a month plus accommodations!” Apply Now!
