What's This?

While we await North Korea’s plans to nuke the planet, savvy restaurateurs realize that nothing sells Asian food like South Korea’s darling, PSY. Gangnam Style’s ear worm qualities, and the video’s wacky antics make it impossible to ignore.  How exactly does PSY sell Asian food? Check out how these two restaurants have piggy backed on Gangnam Style to sell a little fried rice and kimchi.

House of China, a buffet Chinese restaurant located in Mc Allen, TX has gone all out to flatter immitate Psy in their “House of China style video”. Something tells me House of China is doing well already, the video looks like it was not cheap to make.

Gangnam, a Pan-Asian restaurant in New York has appropriated not just PSY’s signature moves, but almost anything PSY has ever uttered in their menu. There’s “Right By My `Psy`des”, “Dancing Pan `Psy`d` Dumplings”, AND “Psy`chadelic Seaweed Salad”.  At least this place serves some Korean food.
