Prepare all ingredients before proceeding to making your Pumpkin Hummus

Once they were all measured out, I had to grind up the pumpkin seeds. I used a coffee grinder for this. I also substituted garlic spice for fresh garlic since I did not have that one ingredient.

This Pumpkin Hummus is so easy to make that all you need is a blender

Then I mixed it all together in a blender (a food processor would be better), and put it in a dish. I paired it with Indian bread, Naan, which I got from Trader Joes. I also sprinkled paprika on top to add a nice garnish and extra taste.

My family loved this. We could not get enough of it. It is so healthy and so simple to make. Great for a Holiday snack!
