Never wait for your tea again. I resisted the purchase of this amazing machine because I was completely in love with my tea kettle. That was until I started visiting Europe and kept using the electric tea kettles that are a staple of every home. They were lightning fast which meant no wait for my Earl Grey. I finally gave in and did some research. Everyone on Amazon kept saying how good this one was…and it is. It has settings for tisanes, white tea, black tea, coffee, etc…so that no matter what you are drinking, you can make it. you simply select your beverage and hit start. The kettle gently beeps when your water is ready. I’ve been using it when making soups and pastas so I do not have to wait for my water to boil. Seriously, the time savings is amazing. I’m in love.

So I went with stainless. There aren’t many of these kettles with stainless insides, and the ones there are are generally more expensive. I looked at the Breville and some others, but they were simply too much money. This one, while not cheap, offered a great feature set, accurate temperatures, stainless interior, good controls, unobstrusive base, and pretty nice aesthetics. … Read more
