9,408 lbs. of Cervelat Summer Sausage because it may contain milk that is not labeled on their package and is therefore a possible allergen.
- 16 oz. packages of “APCO BRAND MEATS CERVELAT SUMMER SAUSAGE.” Each package bears the establishment number “EST. 602” inside the USDA mark of inspection and a sell-by date up to Sept. 22, 2010.
These products were produced from April 14, 2010, through June 22, 2010, and were distributed to retailers in South Texas. When available, the retail distribution list will be posted on FSIS’ Web site.
