What's This?

Does anyone actually work at the FDA?

The FDA and USDA are rapidly becoming the laughingstock and hazard of the century. UPI reports Plainview Milk Products Cooperative is recalling two years of food products due to possible contamination.

“The FDA said the Plainview, Minn., company is voluntarily recalling the instant non-fat dried milk, whey protein, fruit stabilizers and gums (thickening agents) that it has manufactured during the past two years, because they might be contaminated with salmonella bacteria”.

Plainview Milk Products Cooperative sells its products to “industry customers, including distributors and manufacturers, who may have incorporated them into their own products”. That means the FDA has no idea what and how much retail food may still be contaminated. “FDA investigators are working to track the distribution of the recalled ingredients to identify additional products that contain the possibly contaminated products”.
