INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
1¼ pounds lean boneless pork, cubed
12 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeño, diced
½ teaspoon ground chipotle
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground jalapeño
2 cloves garlic, minced
Place all ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
